AMAT 0090-B2971 Power Interface Module

AMAT 0090-B2971 is an application material semiconductor machine power interface module that completes the power distribution and signal interaction of the entire machine, and realizes the transfer of power supply circuits.
Characteristics
1. Multi channel power supply path allocation, distributing power supply to machine sub components
2. Built in overcurrent and short-circuit protection to prevent damage to backend components
3. Onboard status indication, convenient for on-site judgment of power supply status
4. Rack plug-in card structure, easy to disassemble and replace
5. Native adaptation to AMAT process machine, directly used on the machine
parameter
1. Multi channel power supply circuit transfer channel
2. Integrated hardware fuse protection circuit
3. Rack modular installation
4. Working temperature 0-55 ℃
5. Connect the machine bus to report the power status
Application
1. AMAT etching equipment power distribution unit
2. Transfer of power supply circuit for film processing machine
3. Repair of semiconductor machine hardware faults
4. Replacement of process equipment spare parts
5. Technical renovation and maintenance of old semiconductor equipment

When there is no power supply to the local board of the machine and the power circuit alarm occurs, AMAT 0090-B2971 is the interface component that needs to be checked first.
