Position Controller - Function and Feature Description**

POS011 is a dedicated position control module in the early AEG/Modicon motion and positioning control series, mainly used for industrial equipment that requires precise movement, fixed point parking, and speed control. It is equivalent to adding an independent 'motor brain' to the PLC system.

1. Designed specifically for single axis/multi axis positioning actions

This module can handle typical motion requirements in mechanical structures:

Single axis positioning

Continuous motion control

Acceleration and deceleration curve

In place judgment

Return to zero and limit processing

Suitable for positioning tasks of slide tables, feeding mechanisms, and small actuators.

2. Built in dedicated motion control algorithm

POS011 does not rely on the CPU to perform a large number of calculations, and it can complete them on its own:

PLC only needs to issue the target position or speed, and the module can independently execute the action accurately.
