IMDSM04 is a specialized pulse input module for ABB Bailey INFI 90/Symphony systems, used for high-precision acquisition of pulse signals from encoders, flow meters, speed sensors, etc., to achieve accurate measurement of process parameters such as speed, flow rate, displacement, and counting.
8 independent isolated pulse input channels, supporting 5-24V wide pulse signals, compatible with TTL/HTL/NAMUR standard sensors and orthogonal encoders (A/B/Z phase).
The maximum counting frequency of a single channel is 1MHz, equipped with a 32-bit hardware counter, with a pulse width recognition accuracy of less than 100ns and excellent measurement accuracy.
Channel and backplane optoelectronic isolation ≥ 2500VAC, strong anti electromagnetic interference, eliminates signal crosstalk, suitable for complex industrial sites.
Supports rising edge/falling edge/double-sided edge counting, frequency/cycle measurement, cumulative counting, and speed calculation, with flexible functions.
Built in programmable debounce filter to suppress mechanical switch and sensor jitter, stable signal acquisition, and low false triggering rate.
